Any keyboard you use day-in,
day-out is bound to end up with all matter of crud lodged in between —
and sometimes under — the keys. The Logitech Washable Keyboard takes
care of this problem by allowing you to wash it off in the sink, while
also offering a full compliment of F-keys, a number pad, a slim design,

Compact-Disk Animals
Sean creates a wide range of animals, from birds right through to polar bear cubs, and all of them were created using only shattered CDs, glue, and a simple wire frame to give them shape and structure for attaching the broken bits of CDs. How Sean manages to use such simple recycled materials to create such detailed renderings, we couldn’t fathom. The creatures look almost soft and naturally furry, in spite of the material they’re made from. The hard plastic is anything but soft, and yet the many tiny shards take on a fur-like appearance in large numbers. Please try to check out seaneavery.com to see a lot more including his new books!!!
We have to admit that some of them are simply jaw dropping. Sadly for us, the only thing we could make out of the DVD’s that used to come with our loft ladders is a frisbee.

Seljalandsfoss Morning View - Iceland
While visiting such a beautiful place such as Iceland, I felt motivated to try and find fresh compositions to capture. As I spent the prior evening shooting from close to the falls while enjoying several refreshing showers, I decided to scout out the perimeter of this waterfall during the following morning. I liked the overall scene balance of this particular view.

Physics and the Universe
We’ve only got two more FieldTripFridays this summer for MakerCamp , and you won't want to miss them!
Tomorrow, we’re going deep underground with CERN and CMS Experiment to get a behind-the-scenes look at the largest scientific instrument in the world: The Large Hadron Collider. CERN is making huge advancements in our understanding of physics and the universe, and this is a rare opportunity to get a look at the labs where it all happens. to see science in action!

NASA rover Curiosity lands on Mars
NASA rover Curiosity lands on MarsThe Mars science rover Curiosity landed on the Martian surface shortly after 10:30 p.m. Pacific time on Sunday (1:30 a.m. EDT Monday/0530 GMT) to begin a two-year mission seeking evidence the Red Planet once hosted ingredients for life, NASA said. Mission controllers at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory near Los Angeles said they received signals relayed by a Martian orbiter confirming that the rover had survived a make-or-break descent and landing attempt to touch down as planned inside a vast impact crater. NASA has described the feat as perhaps the most complex ever in robotic spaceflight. The $2.5 billion Curiosity project, formally called the Mars Science Laboratory, is NASA's first astrobiology mission since the 1970s-era Viking probes. The landing, a major victory for a U.S. space agency beleaguered by budget cuts and the recent loss of its space shuttle program, was greeted with raucous applause and tears of joy by jubilant engineers and scientists at mission control.(Reuters)
Nicknamed Curiosity and scheduled for launch, the rover has a 7-foot arm tipped with a jackhammer and a laser to break through the Martian red rock. What really makes it stand out: It can analyze rocks and soil with unprecedented accuracy.
